STEP 2: SELECT DATES/TIMES FOR FORMATIONS

Group staff formations are an essential part of your TOB Campus journey!

What do we need? There are 9 group formation sessions available per year. These sessions are designed and packaged for your staff to do together as a group. You will need a space to watch a short video together, printed papers for attendees, and spaces for small groups to gather.
How long is each formation session? The group sessions are flexible to fit your schedule. Each session has 3 timed options. You can choose from the 45-minute, 60-minute, or 90-minute option.
What is included in each formation session? Each session includes an opening prayer, a 10-minute content video, a small group activity, small group discussion questions, a Scripture reflection video, and an additional optional materials to dive deeper into the subject matter.
Can we have more than 9 sessions? We recommend that the sessions are held once a month throughout the academic year. A number of additional formation opportunities are included in your TOB Campus subscription. You also receive access to the 3-part Intro to TOB for Teachers course. Each video is about 45 minutes in length and can make a great primer before your begin your regular monthly formations. You also gain access to one new Special Topics course each academic year. These courses, which are released in the summer, consist of experts exploring hot-button topics through the lens of TOB and their respected field of study.
