Set-Up & Equipment for the Day

Are you able to provide the following A/V needs of your presenters: microphone, sound system, projector, large screen, HDMI input to projector/video? (We will bring a laptop & flashdrive).

Do you have lapel or handheld microphone(s)? And if so, how many of each are available? Just one or two or more?

Will we be able to play a video with sound? If so will the audio be through speakers or just through the projector with an HDMI connection available?
