SCHOOL CULTURE POWERED BY THE HUMAN STORY
YOUR SCHOOL’S SACRED MISSION:
Tell the True Story of the Human Person
HOW?
Commit to Ruah’s 3-Part Immersion to Transform Your School Culture —
THE CHALLENGE:
We live in a secular culture that distorts dignity, confuses identity, and obscures mission. In short, the world is telling a false story about the human person, and our students hear it everywhere.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Partner with Ruah Woods Institute to reclaim and retell the true story of the human person, rooted in the beauty of Christian Anthropology and the Theology of the Body.
Shape how your students see the human person and watch their faith come alive—igniting a fire that lasts a lifetime.
The world is telling your students a false
story of what it means to be human:
Nearly 1 in 3 teens say they feel
“unsure who they really are.”
Pew Research Center (2023)
Teachers report unprecedented
confusion around identity,
sexuality, and purpose.
NCEA, APA (2021-2023)
A majority of Gen Z believes
that faith is not essential to a
meaningful life.
Springfield Research Institute (2021-2023)
Teen sadness and hopelessness have
increased 52% in the last 10 years.
CDC YRBSS (2021)
Gen Z is the loneliest generation, with
a 70% drop in close friendships among
ages 15-24 since 2003.
American Perspectives Survey (2021)
Gen Z is the least likely generation
to believe truth or identity are
objective realities.
Barna Group, “Open Generation” (2022)
Children deserve the truth about who they are as beloved sons and daughters of God, a gift, not the distorted version the culture offers.
Tell them the true story with our help.
OUR METHODS:
- Ensure that faith isn’t merely a subject but the very heart of your school.
- Transform your school culture from passive observation to active, joyful discipleship.
- Create an environment in which students and staff alike understand and live out their unique God-given mission.
Our materials blend Pope St. John Paul II’s anthropological vision with best practices in Theology, Education, and Psychology.
Ruah Woods Institute equips educators with the tools to bring the beauty of Theology of the Body to life—helping students know who they truly are: beloved sons and daughters of God.
OUR FOUR CORNERSTONES MAKE US DIFFERENT
Our unique methodology informs all of our work.

We understand the pressure
facing Catholic school leaders:
The cultural noise is overwhelming.
Your staff is exhausted.
Your students are confused and hurting.
You are trying to strengthen your Catholic identity
while navigating complex pastoral and academic realities.
The 3 Primary Influences on Your School’s Culture:

Leadership & Staff
Your staff members shape culture.
- Are your professional development sessions grounded in a Catholic worldview?
- Do your educators have the tools and the confidence to integrate Theology of the Body across all subjects and grade levels?

Values & Beliefs
Culture is transmitted
through what we teach.
- Do your textbooks and resources form students in the truth of who they are?
- Does your curriculum teach how to see reality through a sacramental worldview?

Routines & Environment
Culture is lived in the ordinary.
- Do your daily routines reflect a Catholic or a secular understanding of the human person?
- Does your environment (from classroom visuals to school-wide rituals) reflect the truth of our God-given dignity?
WE MEET YOUR NEEDS THE RUAH WAY!
